Corona virus precautions
The team at TTMI are taking the Corona Virus very seriously. At the same time, it is business - as - usual and we’ll keep supplying you with the parts, servicing and machines you need to keep your farm operating.
The situation as you know is changing rapidly. With that we wanted to let you know the preventative measures we have put in place at TTMI.
These include:
# Hand sanitiser, wipes and or soap is available at each sink or counter for staff and customers
# Everyone is focussed on cleaning and disinfecting, surfaces that people touch, from door handles to keyboards and phones
# Keeping at least 1.5 meters away from all staff and customers at all times
# All cabins in machines, that our technicians have worked on are wiped down on touchable surfaces and sprayed with disinfectant as the job is finished.
# Technicians using disposable gloves when working on or in Tractor cabins.
# Self identifying for any illness and self isolating if any symptoms match any of:
1. Fever
2. Cough
3. Shortness of breath
Remembering that symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure
We ask that if you feel unwell please don’t visit our branch(s) and contact us by phone instead. We can organise no contact parts delivery should that suit you.
Our on-farm service will continue, but please don’t be offended when our technician doesn’t shake your hand.
TTMI is keeping up to date with changes regarding the virus and the impacts on business, and will inform you of any changes as soon as we are aware.
While we continue with our business - as - usual we will follow the recommendations to keep all our families safe.
Kind regards
Jason Henry and Andrew Snape

TTMI have worked with Matt Fry from Admedia in creating an ad to run across Gippsland and Tasmania.
